The salesperson is expected to use an established network of buyers, investors, property clients, brokers, and other business sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads independently, develop prospects, and build a qualified pipeline.
- Present projects and investment opportunities; meet clients, understand requirements, and recommend suitable options.
- Follow up, negotiate, close transactions, and build repeat and referral business.
- Maintain broker and partner relationships, sales records, and awareness of Dubai market trends.
- Achieve individual targets and work with management to close sales.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience and strong knowledge of the local market.
- Requires an established buyer, investor, broker, or property-client network and demonstrated lead-generation and closing ability.
- Requires communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills, plus independent target-focused work.
- Off-plan or developer-sales experience is highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is AED 4,000–10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Sales incentives, direct access to developer projects, management support, and performance-based growth opportunities are offered.
