Virtus Homes Real Estate L.L.C. seeks an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on company-provided leads; understand client requirements and recommend properties.
- Promote off-plan and secondary-market properties, conduct viewings and client meetings, and follow up with clients.
- Manage client and lead information in the company CRM; maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
- Build client and developer relationships, negotiate offers, and assist clients through sales and transaction completion.
- Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams; stay informed about Dubai market trends and new projects.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; Arabic speaker required.
- Strong English communication, sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and experience with off-plan and/or secondary properties.
- CRM experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
