The role captures high-quality photos and videos of properties, real estate projects, and company promotional activities.
The candidate should have hands-on photography, videography, and video-editing experience and a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Photograph and film residential and commercial properties.
- Create promotional videos, reels, social media content, walkthroughs, property tours, and cinematic real estate videos.
- Edit photos and videos for marketing and advertising and capture content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate shoots with real estate agents and the marketing team; ensure suitable lighting, framing, camera angles, and sound.
- Organize photography and video files, deliver edited content by agreed deadlines, and keep up with relevant trends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience creating social media reels and promotional videos; ability to operate professional cameras, gimbals, and other filming equipment.
- A strong portfolio of photography and videography work; creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
- Real estate photography or videography experience is an advantage.
- Cinematic property-video and drone-videography experience, social media content knowledge, and independent work to tight deadlines are preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site and travel to property locations in Dubai.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 1.00 per month.

- Work location is in person; the role involves travel to property locations in Dubai.
