Manage and execute company marketing with a focus on digital marketing, Meta Ads, social media, lead generation, CRM, and real estate property marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop digital strategies and manage Meta Ads, paid and organic social campaigns, and property-promotional content across company channels.
- Generate qualified leads, manage them through CRM, monitor lead sources, and coordinate with sales on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Manage property ads on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other platforms; promote new launches, projects, listings, and company campaigns.
- Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns; track leads, cost per lead, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI; prepare regular performance reports.
- Research competitors, market trends, audience behavior, and opportunities; coordinate with creative resources and maintain consistent branding.
- Support website marketing, landing pages, online campaigns, and compliance of property materials with company guidelines and UAE regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years in digital marketing or real estate marketing; UAE real estate marketing experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience; experience managing multiple social platforms, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- CRM experience is required, including managing and tracking leads through CRM systems.
- Experience creating social content and campaigns; property portal knowledge is preferred.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and website marketing knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong analytics and reporting, budget and campaign optimization, and cost-per-lead knowledge; good English communication and writing.
- Creative, organized, proactive, able to work independently, collaborate with sales, and manage multiple campaigns.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
