Full-time role focused on advising clients and supporting residential and commercial property transactions.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate industry is required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert enquiries into transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate property information.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
- Update client information, leads, and transaction details in the company CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, property prices, and new project launches.
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
Compensation
- Competitive salary and commission structure; the posting states pay from AED 1.00 per month.
