Role Overview

We’re looking for ambitious and results-drive

n Real Estate Sales Agent

to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This is a full-time, on-site role specializing in off-plan real estate sales and investment advisory.

As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting investors with high-potential property opportunities while delivering a consultative and client-focused experience.

What You'll Do

  • Present and sell off-plan property projects to both local and international clients
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
  • Guide clients with insights on market trends, project offerings, and investment potential
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through to closing
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and launches
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A sales-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (fluency in European, Russian, Chinese & Arabic languages are highly preferred)
