Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI)
is expanding its Secondary Market team in Abu Dhabi and is looking for experienced real estate professionals who excel at building landlord relationships, securing listings, and closing deals.
If you have a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's resale market and are driven by results, this is an opportunity to join one of the region's leading real estate firms with the support, platform, and brand recognition needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire resale property listings across Abu Dhabi's key communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors
- Market and promote properties through leading portals and company channels
- Conduct property viewings and manage buyer inquiries professionally
- Negotiate offers and oversee transactions through to successful closing
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and inventory within the secondary market
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Proven experience in resale/secondary market real estate
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Demonstrated success in landlord sourcing and listing acquisition
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
- Professional approach to client relationship management
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
