Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Off-Plan Client Advisor who speaks Belgian, Italian, or Spanish.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice on real estate investment opportunities.
The advisor will also manage all aspects of client inquiries, promote premium off-plan properties, and deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Insurance policies related to real estate is a plus
- Proficiency in Belgian, Italian, or Spanish languages
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market is an advantage
