Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

The agent will source and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present luxury real estate options that meet clients’ needs and investment goals.

Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, preparing and submitting offers, and negotiating terms to close sales.

The role also involves maintaining up-to-date listings, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the sales process.

The agent will provide high-quality customer service, build long-term client relationships, and represent PSI professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong capability in Real Estate Sales and general Sales, with a proven interest or experience in luxury property transactions.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate markets and practices, preferably within Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE region.
  • Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle client inquiries, and manage expectations professionally.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, online property portals, and office applications).
  • High level of integrity, presentable and professional demeanor, and a client-centric mindset.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory for strong candidates.
