Job Description

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Real Estate Sales Advisors in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and the real estate industry in the UAE.

Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source new clients through calls, networking, and referrals
• List and promote properties on online platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Handle documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is a plus
• Presentable and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in UAE real estate sales
• Existing client or investor network
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi areas such as Yas Island, Al Reem Island, and Saadiyat

For Freshers

• Strong interest in real estate and sales
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
