About the Role:
We are looking for a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in real estate marketing, SEO, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of UAE market trends, buyer behavior, and advanced techniques to generate and convert high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies specific to the UAE real estate market
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and property listings using advanced SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Manage metadata, schema markup, and keyword strategies to improve search rankings
• Analyze UAE real estate trends and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Build and manage high-converting funnels (landing pages, email marketing, retargeting campaigns)
• Set up and monitor tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems)
• Generate leads via organic search, paid advertising, social media, and listing platforms
• Identify and utilize key platforms, portals, and partnerships for consistent lead flow
• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in the UAE (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (preferred)
• Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and campaign performance
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UAE real estate platforms and listing portals
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion-focused copywriting
• Familiarity with property CRM systems and MLS integrations
