About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team.
The selected candidate will assist prospective tenants, manage rental inquiries, and support the leasing process from inquiry stage until move-in.
Key Duties
- Handle incoming rental inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants
- Explain property details, rental terms, and community features clearly
- Assist clients throughout the leasing and documentation process
- Follow up with leads and maintain professional client relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing operations
- Maintain updated records of inquiries, viewings, and leasing activities
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and coordination skills
- Sales or leasing experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE rental market is preferred
Additional Preference
- Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and own car will be preferred.
