We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Real Estate Recruiter** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented real estate professionals to support our company’s expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for real estate positions
- Source and attract qualified real estate agents through different channels
- Post job vacancies and manage recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Promote company culture and career opportunities to potential candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Support onboarding process for new joiners
Requirements
- Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in UAE real estate industry
- Good understanding of real estate roles and market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
