Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals under the Emiratisation initiative.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal departments to support daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments as required.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for Emiratisation-related tasks and initiatives.
Requirements
- UAE National (with valid Emirates ID)
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in administration is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
