Job Title: Head of Sales – Real Estate Development
Job Description
Sky View Development is looking for an experienced and results-driven **Head of Sales** to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies for our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market growth
- Oversee sales performance, pipeline management, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Drive project sales from launch to completion
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies
- Train and mentor sales managers and property consultants
- Establish effective sales processes, policies, and performance standards
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and property sales process
- Experience in off-plan and developer projects is highly preferred
- Strong network with brokers and investors
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
