We are looking for an experienced and creative **Real Estate Marketing Manager** to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different platforms
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality real estate leads
- Manage and coordinate the content team, including content planning, production, and execution
- Oversee social media platforms and improve brand presence
- Create marketing strategies to support sales targets and business growth
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with improvement plans
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion
- Stay updated with market trends and new marketing opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital advertising platforms
- Experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Ability to manage creative teams and multiple projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
