Job Overview

We are seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Agent** to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This role focuses on managing and coordinating **property listings across Abu Dhabi**, ensuring all listings are accurate, visible, and optimized to generate leads.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about **real estate sales and customer service**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and manage property listings on **Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and internal CRM systems**
  • Ensure all listings are **accurate, updated, and compliant** with company and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with **agents, photographers, and property owners** to collect listing information
  • Monitor listing performance and make updates to improve **visibility and lead generation**
  • Remove expired or unavailable listings promptly
  • Maintain organized records of **properties, availability, pricing, and documentation**
  • Support the **sales and leasing teams** with listing-related administrative tasks
  • Stay updated on **Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and portal guidelines**

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a **Listing Agent, Listing Officer, Property Coordinator, or Real Estate Administrator**
  • Familiarity with **Abu Dhabi real estate portals** (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
  • Strong **attention to detail and organizational skills**
  • Ability to manage **multiple listings and deadlines efficiently**
  • Good communication skills in **English** (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM systems**
  • Ability to work independently while being based in **Abu Dhabi**
