Role Description
This full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role is based in Al-Daayen, Qatar.
The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on property opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
The role involves generating and following up on leads, negotiating terms and contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
The consultant will also support client onboarding, provide training on real estate processes when needed, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients and manage contract discussions.
- Experience in Training or coaching clients or team members on real estate processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency with basic office software and property listing platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
- Previous experience in real estate consulting or sales is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Al-Daayen, Qatar, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
