About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of aesthetic and laser clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, optimize clinic performance, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

2. Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, and evaluate medical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure high team performance.
  • Coordinate schedules, shifts, and staffing needs.

3. Patient Experience

  • Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.

4. Financial & Business Management

  • Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to medical guidelines and laser safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in aesthetics and dermatology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in clinic or healthcare operations management (preferably in aesthetic or dermatology clinics).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in aesthetic clinics or laser centers.
  • Knowledge of medical software and clinic management systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
