Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of aesthetic and laser clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, optimize clinic performance, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
2. Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and evaluate medical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure high team performance.
- Coordinate schedules, shifts, and staffing needs.
3. Patient Experience
- Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.
4. Financial & Business Management
- Manage clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
- Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to medical guidelines and laser safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends in aesthetics and dermatology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in clinic or healthcare operations management (preferably in aesthetic or dermatology clinics).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aesthetic clinics or laser centers.
- Knowledge of medical software and clinic management systems.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
