This is a full-time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Dubai.
The Digital Content Creator will develop engaging digital content for web, social media, and other online channels aligned with OarccEgypt’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
include planning content calendars, producing visual and written assets (such as short videos, graphics, and captions), and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on data and feedback.
The Digital Content Creator will stay current on digital trends, propose new content ideas, and help ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to plan and execute digital content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Strong skills in creating and editing multimedia content, such as short-form videos, images, and graphics, using common creative tools.
- Skilled in writing clear, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for online audiences, with attention to detail in grammar and tone.
- Ability to analyze content performance using digital analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with current digital and social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a similar digital content or social media role; portfolio of relevant work is strongly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
