Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Consultant.
The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, conducting market research, identifying property investment opportunities, managing property listings, and facilitating negotiations to achieve successful transactions.
The consultant will also build strong client relationships, provide advice on market conditions, and support property viewings to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, including leasing, sales, and property management
- Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Expertise in Negotiation to facilitate successful agreements
- Capability to provide Training and guidance to clients and team members
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
