Real Estate – Off Plan Specialist (Commission Based Only)
Job Type: Full-Time
**MTS Group of Companies**, headquartered in the UAE, is seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Off-Plan Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will assist clients with their property investments, provide expert market insights, and manage property transactions within Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored off-plan property solutions
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and viewings
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor projects
- Match client requirements with suitable off-plan developments
- Assist clients through the full buying process
- Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are accurate and compliant
What We’re Looking For
- 0 to 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
- Basic knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Familiarity with real estate portals and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and property investment
