About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our digital lead generation campaigns for Dubai real estate.
This role is focused on generating high-quality buyer and investor leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, funnels, and digital marketing strategies targeting both local and international markets.
The ideal candidate understands the Dubai real estate market, has hands-on experience running paid campaigns, and is highly analytical and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for Dubai real estate projects
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels
- Improve campaign performance, ROAS, and cost per lead
- Create retargeting campaigns and audience strategies
- Coordinate with sales agents and management team for lead follow-up
- Monitor and analyze campaign data and reporting
- Research international markets and audience targeting opportunities
- Work closely with content and media team to create ad creatives
- Optimize CRM integrations and lead distribution systems
- Stay updated with digital marketing and real estate trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing
- UAE real estate marketing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of landing pages, conversion funnels, and retargeting
- Understanding of analytics and campaign reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Dubai real estate market
- Experience targeting international investors
- Knowledge of WhatsApp API and automation tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup
- Basic understanding of content strategy and social media trends
- Familiarity with Property Finder and Bayut ecosystems
