Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Real Estate Consultant will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, coordinating with landlords, developers, and buyers, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge on local and off-plan opportunities.

The role involves negotiating terms and prices, advising clients on investment options and legal requirements, and ensuring all documentation, listings, and marketing materials are accurate and compliant with company standards.

The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to support training initiatives, improve client experience, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong real estate knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property within the UAE market.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
  • Effective Negotiation capabilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients or team members on market trends, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and client-focused mindset, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and digital marketing tools to manage listings and client communication.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation; previous experience in Abu Dhabi or wider UAE real estate is preferred.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in real estate, business, or a related field is beneficial.
