Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow the digital presence of Spike Vista Real Estate across all social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating daily content, increasing followers and engagement, managing campaigns for property listings, and generating quality leads through strategic social media marketing.

Create and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Develop engaging reels, stories, posts, captions, and trending content aligned with the company’s branding

Create graphic design materials and social media posts for projects, property listings, team announcements, events, and company branding

Increase social media followers, engagement, reach, and overall online presence

Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars

Run paid and organic social media campaigns for property listings and project launches

Generate and monitor leads from social media advertisements and campaigns

Coordinate with agents and management for property promotions, launches, events, and announcements

Coordinate with developers and project management teams for property shooting schedules, access, permits, and content collaboration

Organize and manage property photoshoots and videography for developer projects and listings

Capture or organize photo/video content for properties, team activities, and events

Stay updated with real estate, social media, and content trends to keep content relevant and competitive

Monitor analytics, insights, and campaign performance to improve results

Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner

Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and brand awareness goals

in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media analytics

Creative mindset with strong understanding of trends and audience engagement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content targets

Real estate experience is an advantage

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
