Role Description
The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to closing.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
The role also involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
The Property Consultant is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, build long-term client relationships, and represent Spike Vista Real Estate in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable property and investment solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
- Solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Foundational Real Estate knowledge, preferably with experience in the UAE market and familiarity with local regulations and procedures.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (or willingness to obtain them, if required by local authorities).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for managing leads, listings, and client communication.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during client interactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages in the UAE are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are highly beneficial.
