Role Description

  • We are looking for a **Property Consultant** to join our growing team in **Abu Dhabi (full-time)**.
  • The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a **strategic advisor** — someone who can guide clients toward the right investment opportunities and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
  • Daily responsibilities include:
  • Consulting with clients and understanding their investment goals
  • Conducting property presentations, viewings, and negotiations
  • Managing real estate transactions from inquiry to closing
  • Marketing and listing properties effectively
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process
  • We value professionals who are **organized, fast learners**, and can **adapt to the fast-moving pace of the real estate market**.

Qualifications

  • Coachable and able to adapt to and respect the company culture
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting preferred
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to change
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is an advantage
  • Professional certification or broker license is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
