We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage and grow a portfolio of properties for sale or rent.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through networking and referrals.
- Stay updated with Dubai s real estate market trends and laws to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Prepare property listings and maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as set by the company.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Licence:
- Valid UAE real estate broker licence (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, or Russian).
