Real Estate Agent (Secondary Market) \| Dubai
Fair Opportunity Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary market to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market secondary property listings
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
- Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert advice throughout the full sales cycle
- Areas of Focus:
• Dubai Hills Estate
- DAMAC Hills
- Al Furjan
- DAMAC Lagoons
- *Strong knowledge or experience in other Dubai communities is an advantage.*
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Proven experience in the secondary market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate communities
