About the Role
We're hiring driven Real Estate Agents to join a high-performance brokerage in Abu Dhabi.
You'll manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — across off-plan and secondary market properties.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Advise clients on property investments across off-plan and secondary market
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and channel partners
- Stay current on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and new launches
- Meet monthly and quarterly GCI targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Abu Dhabi real estate sales
- Active ADREC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of key Abu Dhabi zones (Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem, Al Raha, Corniche, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
