Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Agent will identify and present luxury property opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process.
Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing client relationships, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
The role involves staying informed about local market trends, property values, and regulations, and providing clear, accurate advice to clients.
The Real Estate Agent will also support marketing initiatives, maintain an up-to-date listing portfolio, and represent KATAL’s values in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Relevant experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is preferred, along with a valid UAE driver’s license.
