Hr Officer
to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking a proactive HR professional who can support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and help build a positive work environment.
About The Role
As an HR Officer, you will support the day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and administration.
You will work closely with management to support business growth through strong people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Assist with employee relations and internal communication
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Help create a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
✔ Experience in Human Resources or Administration
✔ Knowledge of UAE labor laws is preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 1–3 years of HR experience
✔ Real estate industry experience is a plus
✔ Arabic & English speakers preferred
