We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager | Talent & Culture Manager
to lead and strengthen our people strategy.
About The Role
This role goes beyond traditional HR.
We are looking for a leader who can attract top talent, build strong systems, improve performance, and help shape a winning company culture.
You will oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compliance, and engagement.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure our people strategy supports KATAL’s growth and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilitiestalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build strong talent pipelines
- Hire top-performing talent across departments
- Support workforce planning with management
Performance & Employee Development
- Build performance management systems
- Support KPI setting and performance reviews
- Drive training, coaching, and development initiatives
Hr Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee records
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Build a positive, high-performance workplace culture
- Improve employee engagement and retention
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Strategic Hr Leadership
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning
- Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and processes
- Support business growth through strong people strategies

Requirements
✔ Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
✔ Experience in performance management and employee development
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) are a plus
✔ Previous experience as HR Manager or similar role
✔ Experience in real estate or fast-paced sales environments is highly preferred
