Hiring- **Real Estate Agent, Abudhabi**
Top of the Top Properties is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Property Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
- Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closure of transactions.
- Prepare and manage required documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing in the UAE is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
