Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to guide them through property searches, viewings, negotiations, and closings.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (such as lenders and inspectors), and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations.
The Real Estate Agent is expected to maintain high levels of responsiveness, deliver exceptional customer service, and actively contribute to the company’s reputation in the Abu Dhabi market.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real estate regulations and practices.
- Hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing deals.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and conversion of prospects into clients.
- Strong Customer Service abilities, with a client-centric approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including local laws, communities, and property types.
- Comfort using CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic office software to manage client information and property data.
- Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
- Previous real estate experience in the UAE or a comparable market is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
