Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the real estate market.
Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients in property buying, selling, or leasing processes, maintaining strong client communication, conducting market research, organizing property viewings, and negotiating deals to achieve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of the property market and transaction processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience or skills in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Relevant licensing or certification in real estate is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
