Future Homes seeks a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Promote and manage residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property advice.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records and follow up on leads.
- Stay informed about Dubai property market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills; good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- RERA certification is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
