Future Homes Real Estate LLC is hiring a results-driven Property Advisor in Dubai.
The role covers residential and commercial property sales and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Promote and manage residential and commercial listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide property advice.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close transactions.
- Keep accurate client and transaction records and follow up on leads.
- Keep up to date with Dubai property market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
