Recruitment Specialist role with Future Homes Real Estate in Dubai's real estate industry.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and shortlist candidates for real estate positions.
- Post advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Review CVs, contact applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate hiring and staffing requirements with management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout recruitment.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Real estate recruitment experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 1,000–2,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional commission and performance-based incentives are offered.
