Future Homes is seeking a motivated, results-driven Property Consultant to join its Dubai team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Promote and manage residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct viewings and provide property advice.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain client and transaction records and follow up on leads.
- Keep up to date with Dubai property market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Training for secondary and off-plan is stated as provided.
