Detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Admin with specialized expertise in property listings.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high quality property listings across various online portals and internal systems.
You will work closely with our agents, marketing team, and propertyowners to ensure each listing is accurate, compliant, and professionally presented.
Known for exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Listing Management
- Create, update, and manage property listings on CRM systems and major UAE real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Ensure all listings include accurate information, high resolution photos, floor plans, and well written descriptions.
- Monitor listing expirations, renewals, and performance to ensure maximum visibility.
- Upload and organize essential documents such as Form A, Form F, title deeds, IDs, and listing authorizations.
Administrative Support
- Assist 72 Real Estate agents with preparing and submitting complete listing documentation.
- Verify property details with landlords, developers, and agents before publishing.
- Maintain a well organized digital filing system for all listing related content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and staging teams for property shoots.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all listings comply with DLD and RERA regulations and 72 Real Estate standards.
- Review listings regularly and correct outdated, duplicated, or inaccurate information.
- Maintain consistent branding and property presentation across all platforms.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate with property owners, agents, and developers to gather missing information.
- Support the marketing department with content needed for campaigns and social media.
- Provide weekly updates to the sales team regarding listing status, performance, and lead activity.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate admin or listing management (UAE experience preferred).
- Hands on knowledge of UAE property portals and CRM systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
