Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related Bachelor of Science degree.
- Minimum four years of experience as a Radiographer in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques.
- Familiarity with radiation safety and protection standards.
- Experience handling X-ray and related diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment.
- High attention to detail and image quality.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Professional conduct and ethical practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays according to physician requests.
- Verify patient identification and explain procedures clearly.
- Maintain radiation safety for patients, staff, and self.
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain patient records and imaging documentation.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
- Report equipment issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Comply with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in radiographic imaging techniques.
- Knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for imaging systems and patient records.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in a clinical setting.
