Role overview

Business development

• Identify and develop opportunities to expand services and market presence.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships to generate patient referrals and revenue.
• Research markets and competitors; prepare proposals, partnership presentations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up with leads and monitor performance, conversions, and revenue growth.

Marketing and brand development

• Develop strategies to promote wellness, longevity, and medical services.
• Coordinate social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Work with agencies, designers, and content creators to maintain consistent brand communication.
• Coordinate promotions, events, corporate wellness initiatives, and partnership activities.
• Support marketing materials and monitor campaigns, lead generation, patient acquisition, and return on marketing investment.

Reporting and coordination

• Establish and monitor business development and marketing KPIs; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams and recommend initiatives to improve performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven business development and marketing experience; healthcare or wellness sector experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare and wellness market.
• Experience with partnerships, referral networks, digital marketing, lead generation, brand development, proposals, plans, and reports.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and commercial skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with management and internal teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in wellness, preventive healthcare, longevity, functional medicine, aesthetics, or lifestyle medicine is preferred.
• Established UAE corporate, healthcare, or referral relationships and demonstrated success in business growth and marketing campaigns are preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai healthcare market and applicable healthcare marketing requirements is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
