Job Description
- The Assistant R&D Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of research and development projects.
- The role focuses on improving existing products, developing new solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and market needs.
- Assist in planning and executing R&D projects and initiatives.
- Support the development of new products, processes, or technologies.
- Conduct research, testing, and analysis to improve product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, procurement).
- Ensure proper documentation of experiments, results, and reports.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products for innovation opportunities.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving in product development.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
4–6 years in R&D or product development
