About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, entrepreneurial expert to drive the expansion and take ownership of our services in the MENA region.
This is a partner role, not an employee position, combining strategic consulting, client advisory, and business development within a fast-growing, client-centric HR consultancy.
It is a pivotal role in helping organizations architect and optimize their workforce strategies, enabling growth, innovation, and transformation in the AI era.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead strategic business development with a clear focus on quality over quantity.
It is not about how many clients, but which ones.
You will grow the current client portfolio by targeting the right profiles, identifying new business opportunities, and building meaningful partnerships.
You will leverage an existing network of suppliers, MSPs, and VMS providers in collaboration with the Manager of Partnering Solutions to accelerate growth, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across both public and private sectors.

At the same time, you will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting clients in assessing their workforce strategies, identifying needs and gaps, and designing optimal workforce architecture models.
You will guide them in selecting and implementing the most effective solutions, and workforce strategies, while delivering insight-driven recommendations aligned with business growth, innovation, and AI adoption for better efficiency.
You will also play a key role in workforce solutions and implementation by guiding clients in managing both contingent and non-contingent workforce models.
This includes supporting the implementation and optimisation of Vendor Management Systems (VMS), RPO, Direct Sourcing, and MSP frameworks, while ensuring that compliance, ethical standards, and DEIB principles are embedded where needed.
In terms of client engagement and delivery, you will provide high-quality, service-driven consultancy focused on efficiency and measurable impact.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a global, remote environment and maintain a strong balance between AI-driven innovation and critical evaluation of associated risks.
Required Profile
You bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in HR consultancy, HR technology, workforce solutions, or in learning, consultancy, or sales within an international environment.
You also have at least three years of experience within a Global Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with exposure to both public and private sector clients.
You demonstrate strong expertise in the EMEA region, with a clear affinity and experience in MENA markets.
From a technical standpoint, you have at least three years of experience managing contingent and non-contingent workforce solutions.
You have proven hands-on experience with Fieldglass (SAP), Beeline and/or WorkLlama, and Workday, while additional VMS platforms represent a strong asset.
You combine a strong analytical mindset with at least three years of customer service experience and are able to operate both strategically and operationally, supported by solid operational experience.
You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to lead webinars, present business cases, and engage large audiences.
You also show strong awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworks, ethical workforce practices, DEIB, and AI-driven innovation, along with a passion for efficiency, optimisation, and responsible AI use.
Fluency in English at C2 level is mandatory, as well as French and/or Arabic at C2 level.
On a personal level, you are team-oriented, collaborative, entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven.
You are comfortable influencing stakeholders in multicultural environments and thrive in ownership-driven contexts.
Working Model & Opportunity
This is a fully remote role aligned with UTC time zones, structured on a commission basis during an initial period, with a clear opportunity to earn equity or shares based on performance and the growth of the department.
