Overview
We’re hiring Full-Time Parkour & Obstacle Course Coaches to join the team at Pinpoint Fitness in Dubai.
We’re looking for energetic, professional, and athletic individuals who are passionate about movement, coaching, and working with children in a structured, high-performance environment.

Role Overview
As a coach at Pinpoint Fitness, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and professional classes focused on parkour, obstacle course development, and athletic movement.
You’ll work closely with children of different age groups, helping them build confidence, coordination, strength, and discipline through movement-based training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality parkour and obstacle course classes in a safe and professional environment
- Coach and motivate students while maintaining strong class structure and energy
- Create a positive and engaging experience for children and parents
- Ensure safety standards and coaching quality are consistently maintained
- Represent the Pinpoint Fitness brand with professionalism and strong athletic presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education
- Athletic background with a professional sports appearance
- Experience coaching Parkour, Obstacle Courses, or related movement disciplines
- Strong ability to work with children in a professional environment
- Passion for sports, movement, fitness, and coaching
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
Compensation
- AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month (based on experience)
