We are looking for a detail-oriented **Quotation Coordinator** to prepare, review, and coordinate customer quotations and proposals.
The successful candidate will ensure pricing, technical specifications, and commercial terms are accurate and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on customer requirements.
- Review RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and identify technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
- Maintain quotation records and track submission deadlines.
- Ensure quotations comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and update status reports.
- Assist in preparing bid documents, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Communicate with customers regarding quotation clarifications and revisions.
- Analyze historical pricing data and support competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ERP, CRM, or quotation management systems.
- Support contract handover to project or operations teams after order confirmation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in quotation coordination, sales support, estimation, tendering, or commercial administration.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
