This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee relations, documentation, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate training and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Manage employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, and ethical practices.
- Liaise with government entities for compliance audits, labor matters, and administrative requirements.
- Assist in workforce planning, skill gap analysis, and HR reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Experience with **HRMS or SAP systems** for employee records and HR process management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
