We Are Hiring — CRM Coordinator
Location: NAFFCO Qatar
Are you detail‑driven and passionate about customer relationship management? NAFFCO Qatar is seeking a CRM Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CRM activities and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and provide timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in CRM coordination or related field.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Transferrable visa and immediate availability preferred.
