Key responsibilities
- Lead the Queensland business P&L to target budgets and contribute to wider business strategy.
- Deliver commercially successful projects, engage clients, and represent the business in the local market.
- Manage resources across sectors and portfolios, including recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Lead business management systems and health, safety, and wellbeing culture in line with legislation.
- Lead state-significant projects and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
About you
- Deep consulting-market experience and a record of leading teams delivering professional services.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated proposal writing and work-winning record, ideally in energy, infrastructure, transport, or defence.
- Ability to develop adaptable tactical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of professional standards and innovations supporting safe project design and delivery, quality checks, and verification.
